It is the edition of ChequeWriter built for tenancy cheques. Instead of general cheque screens, it works around a tenancy contract: tenant, unit, property, contract period and rent — and prints the full set of post-dated cheques plus a payment voucher.
How much does the Real Estate edition cost?
The Real Estate edition starts from AED 3,000 as a one-time payment for a three-year license. Larger portfolios and multi-branch companies can contact us for a quote.
Can it split annual rent into 4, 6 or 12 cheques?
Yes. Enter the total rent, choose the contract period and the number of cheques. ChequeWriter splits the rent evenly, puts any remainder on the last cheque and dates each cheque across the period.
Can we print on the tenant's chequebook?
Yes. Choose the tenant's bank and ChequeWriter uses the calibrated template for that bank's cheque leaf. Templates are included for 40 UAE banks.
